Jeralyn Thelen

Jeralyn is an accomplished entrepreneur who has been an owner and operator of various businesses since 1988 including Manufacturing, Importing and Exporting, Health & Fitness, and Business and IT Consulting. In each business, she has been involved in operations, sales, marketing, staffing, managing vendors, and monitoring the supply chain of each component necessary to operate and grow the business.

Throughout her career she realized that the single greatest common thread is the necessity of having outstanding IT resources to support the Business Operations and outstanding business managers and analysts to bridge the gap between business and IT.

After living in the Business/IT gap for several years personally, she realized the need to offer really talented folks with the EXACT EXPERIENCE NEEDED to help customers solve their business challenges through IT.

So in 2006 Jeralyn established her own professional services organization to offer other entrepreneurs and businesses in the Twin Cities the best resources available, and began Growe Technologies.

She currently resides in Shoreview, MN with her husband and their two children.

Chris Thelen

Chris has focused exclusively on Business and IT sales and recruiting since 1998. Although he’s recruited and placed nearly any skill set in IT you can imagine, his primary areas of expertise is with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and software developers.

He has earned repeat business with many customers by carefully listening and learning exactly what their situations and challenges are, and has then provided the right resources at the right time at the right price. The most critical and the most rewarding part of this business is the relationships with our consultants and our customers.

We interact with existing and potential consultants and customers on a daily basis and leverage the best recruiting mechanism in the world, referrals. Growe Technologies does not subscribe to job boards.

When Chris takes a break from matching best in class resources to requirements, he’s always looking for new challengers for his widely acclaimed table tennis game.
