Expansive Network
Growe Technologies does not subscribe to job boards for its recruiting. Two days of each week are dedicated to meeting and interviewing candidates for current and future job opportunities. Our database grows by the day from our referral business (many of which come from our customers), and to date our fill percentage of open requirements is 88%.
Accountability
At Growe Technologies, we have made the commitment to foster and maintain long-term relationships with our customers and consultants; that being said, we stand behind each and every resource we place on contract or a permanent assignment. If for any reason there is a problem on an engagement, we fix it. If there should ever be a need for any resource transitioning, we handle it quickly and professionally.
At Growe Technologies, our W2 AND 1099 resources get paid monthly. We embrace the fact that we love what we do for work, and we also love to get people paid on time.
