Medical, Dental, and Vision
Growe Tech offers medical, dental, and vision benefits for its W2 employees and their eligible dependents. Our Medical coverage is provided through Medica 80/20 with a $25 co-pay. Participants are eligible for coverage on the first of the month following a 30 day probation period which starts on the date of hire.
401K
You are eligible to contribute to your 401K immediately. Growe Technologies will start contributing after six months of full-employment. A matching contribution equal to 100% of your salary deferrals for each payroll period that do not exceed 3% of your compensation of the same period, plus 50% of your salary deferrals that exceed 3% of your compensation but that do not exceed 5% of your compensation for the same period. The total discretionary matching contribution may not exceed 4% of your compensation. You may make either Regular 401K deferrals (pre-tax) or Roth 401K deferrals (after-tax). You are always 100% vested in your deferral contributions.
You are able to choose from a variety of managed investment funds. You may also invest in mutual funds outside the funds offered by the company.
Educational Assistance
We encourage you to continue your education by offering reimbursement programs for pre-approved job-related courses.
Insurance
We plan to offer income protection programs, including life insurance, short-term and long-term disability programs in 2010.
