Business & Systems Analysis

(5-14 years experience)
Functional and technical business and systems analysis is one of our top skill sets. Our Analysts are well versed in formal methodologies and practices including RUP (Rational Unified Process) and UML (Unified Modeling Language), Use Cases, and apply when appropriate. They are experienced in identifying, gathering, and documenting business (Functional) requirements, planning and implementing test plans, and translating requirements into usable, technical specifications for the application developers. They’re also highly trained in reviewing processes, learning the business logic behind the processes, and reducing costs by eliminating redundancies and improving processes based on contemporary user needs. These talented people are often the liaison between the Business and IT communities.
