Referral Program

At Growe Technologies we appreciate the fact that The Referral Business is exactly that, a Business! There are two ways to participate in our program:

1. Refer a friend or co-worker who we place on a contract within six months of the referral date and you will earn $3.00 an hour for the first 1000 hours he/she works on that contract. There is no waiting period, you start earning your referral dollars as soon as your referral starts working.
2. Refer a friend or co-worker who we place on a permanent assignment within six months of the referral date and you will receive a one-time bonus of $2,500. Again, there is no waiting, your check goes in the mail the day your referral starts their new job.
